A Buddhist/Taoist Approach

The Buddha’s last words were “you are the Buddha.” This means as the Buddha you have all the powers innate within your true Buddha nature to overcome all limited false be-liefs that stem from human mind consciousness. Yes you are in pain. Yes you are suffering. Yes you want it all to stop.
Suffering comes from false be-liefs. Change the beliefs and the suffering stops. What false beliefs – the false belief that anyone has power over you and can do anything to you? No this not possible unless you allow it to happen. Suffering comes from a lack of self-worth, from the false belief that you did or are doing something wrong. This is not true. You are re-membering to be the Buddha in every moment, in every thought, word and deed. In each moment that you forget that you are the Buddha you have slipped back into human mind consciousness and you suffer.
Your true Buddha nature draw people to yourself because they reflect back to your own unresolved issues, your false and limited beliefs that come from your human mind consciousness. They are a reflection of what you have not resolved within yourself. These people present themselves to you because you called them to you. They are your Buddha teachers that come before you so you can learn to let go of false beliefs. Learn the lesson. Let go of what no longer serves you. Thank them, bless them and send them on their way. If you do this with compassion for yourself and those that you have brought to yourself you will never have to deal with that type of person again in this lifetime.
You are in charge of your life. Overcome your fear of wrong doing. Overcome your lack of self-worth. Stand in front of the mirror. Look deep into your eyes and declare; I am the Buddha; I am loveable. I claim my rightful personal power. I am a sovereign being. I stand in the truth and divine light. I have come here to become the Buddha once again. I welcome all tests that I present to myself to learn that I have a choice in each moment to either come from my true Buddha nature or come from my limited human mind consciousness and suffer from my delusions.
In this moment I declare I am the dominant energy in my life. I stand my ground. I clear myself. I stand in my rightful true Buddha nature and I declare that all non-beneficial energies, entities or beliefs that do not serve the light must leave my energy field right now and I seal myself from all attempted intrusions and I declare it so and it is done.
Thank you.

You do not have to look into your eyes in order to clear. But once you have memorized the short form of the clearing, then saying it out loud in front of a mirror while looking into your eyes would result in a very powerful clearing.
